Important Notice: MT4 and MT5 Server Operation and Maintenance Notice

Summary:

EBC will run weekend MT4/MT5 maintenance, suspending trading. MT4 Live02 will compress pre-Jul 31 2025 closed orders. Users should back up history.

Thank you for your ongoing trust and support. To provide you with a more stable and seamless trading environment, EBC will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the MT4 and MT5 servers over the coming weekends. This work is intended to further enhance system performance and stability. The maintenance schedule is as follows:

Server Operation and Maintenance Schedule

(All times shown above are in UTC+2)

Maintenance Impact: Trading and pricing on the affected servers will be temporarily suspended during the maintenance period.

Order Compression Maintenance (MT4 Live02 Server Only)

Overview:

Closed positions for each calendar month will be aggregated into a single balance order.
Once consolidation is completed, the original closed positions records will be removed.
Pending orders and balance orders will remain unaffected.

Impacted Accounts: All active trading accounts on the MT4 EBCFinancialGroupKY-Live02 Server.

Impacted Orders: All orders closed on or before July 31, 2025.

Important Notice:

To safeguard your trading records, please export and back up your trading history via the MT4 client before the scheduled maintenance to avoid any potential loss of historical data.
